Tim Lincecum

Remember the deal I blogged about recently? The strikeouts =-$ one? We went again. This time, Tim came with us. It was even better. Almost. It was an evening game, which is my preference. Lincecum struck out 13 batters in 7 innings. He was amazing. The Giants lost, but by no fault of his.

At the game, I ate a delicious bratwurst with grilled onions. Rachel had some amazing clam chowder in a sourdough bread bowl. (San Francisco has famous sourdough, if you didn't know.) Tim had a great Italian sandwich on focaccia bread. We all enjoyed our food immensely.

Anyhow, we have decided that for our next game, we will sit on the Arcade. The Arcade section is on the right field wall, between the ocean and the field. It shall be amazing.

It has been a while

I have come to a realization. It sucks. Cutting calories does nothing for me, it seems. The only time in my life that I have actually been able to lose weight is when I was in college, and I was extremely active. Soccer (football to my readers) once a week, basketball twice a week, ultimate frisbee once a week and volleyball 3-5 times a week. Plus, I was eating less, because the school food wasn't that great.

So now, working a job where I do not do much more than sit around for 12 hours a day, I am finding it more difficult to lose weight, or even stay even.

The conclusion is that I really need start with my walking plan. Fo shizzle.
