Oh man.
I just saw the picture of the In-N-Out burgers that I posted. Now... I want some. Badly.
I am heading up to my parents house today, staying for a few days. My mom is an amazing cook, and I always look forward to her food. It is not that my wife is not good, it is just that my mom is better. She has been cooking for her family since she was 13 years old, so he has nearly 40 years of experience! You can't beat that.
Another thing is that this is the food I grew up with. There really are not a lot of surprises, just consistently great food.
I think what I look forward to the most is my work clothes fitting better. I spend at least 50 hours every week in those clothes.
Carlos Zambrano got a no-hitter. Tim Lincecum will do that.
Tim's most recent game was a 4 hit complete game shutout, the first CGSO of his career. There will be more.

Getting there
I just had to remember more css than I knew I had forgotten.
Well, here is the basic new layout. There is likely a bit more to come.
What do you think?

In-N-Out Burger. Quality you can taste.
In-N-Out is not an American thing. Though they now have restaurant locations in four western states, they are not really a West Coast thing, either. Oh no. In-N-Out is a California thing.
In-N-Out was California's first drive through hamburger stand, and was started in the late 1940's. With a philosophy that centers of fresh ingredients, the family-owned chain has grown to over 220 locations, most of them in California, as well as several in Nevada, Arizona and Utah.
I first experienced their superior brand of fast food when on a church trip in 1995. I have been a huge fan since. The chain does not own a freezer, which is a testament to how fresh their meat and produce has to be. They do not cook your meat until you order it. The work behind the counter is visible, to ensure that you know that your food is being cooked in a clean and efficient environment. The result of all of this is the most delicious fast food hamburger I have ever tasted.
I visited In-N-Out for the first time in quite a while today. I decided to order my burger a bit differently than normal, just to try it. My usual order is a Double-Double with no onions. Double meat, double cheese, special sauce, lettuce and tomato. Today, I ordered my Double-Double with grilled onions, and ketchup instead of sauce.
The burger was so inspiring that I decided to blog about it. And that, my friends, truly is Quality you can taste.
